I am just wondering if anyone has had an experience with this and maybe noticed if this comes along with an offer or rejection.
My first go to is assuming they've made a decision and they are either holding this decision back or just checking some final bits.

Hey, I applied late November and my status changed from "Pending Decision" to "Checking Application" mid January and I've still not heard back so I don't think it's anything much. I guess all we can do is wait
